BAHAHAHA this is so true. i wish people would trust UPS and their beyond logistical system. i will admit i was that panicked person my first preorder..but after doing this for multiple years..i've learned to give full faith to UPS. they know their ****

Yes, Apple says mine is still preparing to ship, but UPS has more info. Try searching for your shipment by reference on the UPS app and you’ll be able to see what’s going on with yours (instructions on how to do so are in post 1 of this thread, maybe, if you’re new to the game

Apple: “USPS has a 5-7 day business period to deliver. Sometimes their scans don’t work. Sometimes things show up and sometimes they don’t. Please wait the full 7 business days past your delivery date before contacting us again.”
I believe that means Monday... .
If you can, have them hold it at the CC rather than to another UPS location- in my case those are local UPS Store locations that have the Monday availability. It takes time for them to get it to the Store locations and then they have to sort it before closing to give it to you. It's possible you could get it late on Friday, but they do say one business day later for a reason.
I am fortunate in that I live about 10 miles from our CC. I wondered about lines last year and there were none at 10am.
Last year it was an easy phone call to arrange the hold. This year I had to use the tortuous UPS automated call system at their 800 number to get to a real person who was able to confirm my Friday pickup (assuming they get it before Friday, which they will) at the CC.
I am a big CC fan! Best way to get things without having to wait all day listening to all the trucks that drive by on the various roads on 3 sides of our house, wondering "is this the one?".
You have it exactly. One of mine is one of the 2:55ers my other is moving. I am not a the worrying point yet. Just laughing that it is seemingly stuck, but might not be.
Apple avoids Everything Apple Pro because he covers so many rumors and leaks. They won’t even invite him to the keynotes. I highly doubt he has anything from them.

Mine departed Korea 5 hours ago. Have to wonder if it’s on UPS 99 headed straight to California. I’m in Oregon, but no scan in Anchorage. Have to see, but at least it’s headed state side.

I wish the 2:55 scan would move so I can try to have it picked up at a CC. Leaving the country Friday afternoon and it’s CC or bust. Only can change it to stores right now
Not to be that guy, but I'm going to be that guy. I've been on this thread every year. Waiting and watching all week for it to finally catch up and magically get delivered on Friday...until last year. Mine was first to get scanned early in the week but ended up being one of the few late planes that didn't make the cut and I didn't get it until Saturday. Moral of the story..it happens. Nothing you can do about it. UPS was cool and delivered it Saturday (I had to request them to do that).

Just plan on scheduling it Thursday. They'll have plenty of time to update it in the system. Once you hold it, it drops out of MyUPS (because it's no longer going to your house).
