Yea. Luckily ups doesn’t deliver til around 7-8 in the evening on iPhone launch day for me. Hoping my parents are home to accept it tho lol

I called UPS to get an agent to change mine to CC. I did something like that last year, flew almost the reverse track my iPhone had taken from China to me on my way to China.

I said "tracking hold" to the automated voice, and it asked me domestic or international, and then i spoke with a real human being who was able set up the hold at CC.

Don't tell anybody else, I don't want them to turn this off for next year. ::grin::

whats funny is i bought the phone on the 14th, a full day later and still got 20th arrival. i guess they pre-sent a big batch for us Canadians. kinda nice.

same. mine still only shows UPS stores. no CC. i'm waiting until it hits the States. mine is currently en route to Anchorage so I guess i'll see in the morning...do you think you're going to call UPS if you can't do it online?

Yes, I did not want to get it on Monday at the local UPS Store, I wanted it from the CC where I can go at a leisurely 10am and pick up my phone! And set it up all day instead of waiting while listening to all the trucks driving by till 5pm!

- People running around yelling where is my phone!
- My phone is lost in China!
- I'm calling UPS and demanding they get me my phone on Friday!
- UPS sucks because they won't answer the phone!
- I'm calling Apple and demanding they call UPS and get me my phone on Friday!
- Apple sucks because they can only tell me the same thing I see in my tracking!
- I'm calling my local police and demanding they call Apple and tell them to call UPS to find my phone!
- Tim Cook is an ass to let my phone sit in China...Would never happen if Jobs was still alive!
- I'm calling in sick for the rest of the week...I can't function knowing my phone is out there, all alone!

Then the phones start moving Thursday...and on Friday...
- OMG! My phone is out for delivery!
- OMG! My phone just arrived!
- OMG! This phone is AMAZING!

Friday night/Saturday morning...
...crickets till next year...rinse and repeat next year...lol

Yeah, me I ordered on the 13rd, but at 5pm EST, so about 9 hours after the opening of the Pre-Orders. Also got a Space Grey Pro Max of 256GB. I hope the UPS tracking is right with a Sept.20 delivery

thanks! i'll have to call them if i still don't get CC option online when mine hits state-side. it's just weird that they wouldn't give you the ease of doing it online this year vs. loading up their phone lines. maybe they want us to call b/c they know some people won't?

Good point, I was shocked that it was no longer in My Choice! Yikes! but the tracking number still works to see where it is.

Are you in Canada? I think we had a batch waiting for canadians pre-order already in TN, US. Because, no trace of China in my tracking... they have different stock per country.

The Apple order site and UPS tracking are pretty useless.

I've been mostly using the browser for the UPS My Choice to track my stuff. It has a bit more info than the UPS app, but I am logged into that too. It was on the browser that I refreshed My Choice after getting off the call with UPS and my Friday deliveries were no longer on the calendar. But I entered the tracking numbers and it gave the same info as I'd previously seen when clicking on the AI in the calendar on the UPS site. I was thinking My Choice would have remembered me, not just the address where they were going to deliver my phone before I asked them to hold it at the CC. ::grin::
