I might get the new Apple Watch but I’m resisting lol
Last year when the Watch 4 came out, I tried it out for 2 weeks - did not like it.
Could not get the phone to work on it.
It just was not a "smaller version of my iPhone"....
If it worked similar to my phone, I would have kept it as the cost was only $10 more per month on cell bill....
Returned it.

I really really REALLY was tempted by the always on display of the new Series 5, but I just couldn’t pull the trigger. I have a 44mm series 4 now and I think it suits well enough. Thoughts?
I have a 44mm series 4 as well and don't want always on so no upgrade this year for me. Imo its not worth it to upgrade if you have a 4 but it depends on how important the new features are to you.

Who knows the link to the tocol screen protector on Amazon that’s giving away free wireless chargers?? I can’t seem to find it lol.

Honestly, although the always on display is a cool feature, like its not practical though, I have the series 4 as well and theres no situation where i don't look at my watch with my wrist facing me, so the always on display is kinda useless. I mean i'm just glad the series 5 has the same processor as the series 4 so it should mean its the same speed and so updates should run just as fast.

I heard that the always-on display of the new Series 5 only had a battery life of 18 hours. I have the Series 4 watch and I get between 33 and 40 hours between charges. Needless to say, I do not want to downgrade to the Series 5. I wait to see what the series 6 I have to offer next year.

No need for fingers cross lol. I have a 10-10:30 appointment. I wonder if there’ll be a news reporter there and I’ll be on tv lol.
Just don’t drop it like I saw a person do when I picked up my order one year. They came out of the store smiling, a reporter asked to see the phone and the person took it out of the box and held it up to show it and it slipped out of their hand to the sidewalk. They weren’t smiling anymore. People were clapping and cheering until the drop.

Maybe their systems are overloaded. A UPS driver last year told me it was just as busy of a day as Valentine’s Day/Christmas, which is one of their busiest days.

Yep, when my 7 Plus (my current phone) was delivered by UPS, the driver said the same...iPhone release days are like an early preview of Christmas busy season.
