Supposedly still in China with a launch day delivery. Technically still possible, but my money would be them having missed a bunch of scans and they are in KY already. I would think that Apple would have updated us by now if we weren’t getting them.

No iPhone movement, no iOS13...

...coffee just doesn’t taste as good this morning for some reason.
iOS 13 won’t be available until 1pm eastern, going by past software releases.

Same here. They better get moving in Louisville.
Think of it this way. If it hustled it’s whole way here and was sitting in your local hub right now...you would be irritated that it’s so close yet you can’t get it haha.

I'm cautiously optimistic my phone will show up on Friday, Sept 20th. I spoke with Apple and UPS yesterday and no one can confirm where my phone is. I get the usual "Don't worry, it will arrive." I'm thinking to myself, "Yeah, OK, but the tracking system is a mess". Speaking with UPS and Apple was a waste of time and I'm getting to the point....I don't care if I get the phone at this point.

I suspect it is in Louisville but it's possible it could be in either China or South Korea.

Last year all my iPhones arrived in Louisville on Thursday night, got sorted, and departed around 3am for my location. Got loaded on the delivery truck by 7am and arrived at my house by 10am. It’s a pretty impressive operation.

It’s about an 8 hr flight from Anchorage to Louisville. So, our phones could depart Alaska by 3pm today and still easily arrive by tomorrow. With that in mind, any phones still in China this morning can still arrive by tomorrow, but the clock is ticking.

Apple must have forced (or worked with) UPS to disable updates after being bombarded with questions as to the discrepancies. UPS may have agreed with their site being overwhelmed with queries too. We may have done this to ourselves by being over eager. Still mighty annoyed.

Status still in "preparing to ship" but still states Friday delivery.....Apple is typically spot on with Delivery dates - we will see!
