What a long flight from Anchorage.

Apparently our phones are on the same flight. In addition to that crazy schedule, now I've also got another departure from ZhengZhou and another arrival in Incheon, but after already having departed Anchorage. Apparently my phone comes with the new teleportation app!

May have been asked and answered but lots of posts to go though to find out. So I ordered clear case and pro max 256 silver and did pick up at Apple store. When I track by reference and use my phone number I get tracking for the case and that it’s at the store. But nothing on the phone. Tried home phone and also order number and nothing. I’m sure it doesn’t matter as it will be there waiting for me at 730pm for my appt time, but like to see movement through UPS. Any ideas?

Try by the order number minus the last two numbers. Or try again it seems like everyone’s loaded this morning

Like everyone getting updates both phone and watch show shipped thru Apple. Tracking number also showing in both orders. It’s happening guys!!!

Status just changed to shipped on Apple website. No arrival scan in KY. So far, fairly typical process as compared to previous years. UPS updates are always slow, and then the phone finds it way to my hand on the scheduled delivery date.

It’s going to get really good around here when folks actually get their updates, but start stressing about the time of day that UPS delivers tomorrow. That will really kick off when folks on the other side of the world start posting pics of their new iPhones in their hands. Haha

UPS has like 8 flights today from ANC to SDF, so I’m sure our phones will make it to KY today. I just wish we could track them better 😬

There is the regular Tue - Sat (5x) flight UPS 892 that is currently scheduled for 4:10 AM tomorrow (Friday) arriving in LAS at 4:43 AM PDT.

I'm cautiously optimistic my phone will show up on Friday, Sept 20th. I spoke with Apple and UPS yesterday and no one can confirm where my phone is. I get the usual "Don't worry, it will arrive." I'm thinking to myself, "Yeah, OK, but the tracking system is a mess". Speaking with UPS and Apple was a waste of time and I'm getting to the point....I don't care if I get the phone at this point.

I suspect it is in Louisville but it's possible it could be in either China or South Korea.

I have the exact same tracking as you. Don't worry, it will be delivered tomorrow. 100%, This stuff happens like this all the time. its most likely already in Louisville. I've seen tracking stay locked like this and phones delivered on launch. And then an hour later after the phone is in your hand the tracking updates. I've also seen perfect tracking and it looks like you might even get a day early... But you still get on launch day. Dont sweat it. it all works out for 99% of the people.

My iPhone Pro Max UPS tracking is still stuck at origin scan in China. The Apple site just updated to shipped, and there's now an invoice with my phone's serial number. Looked up serial number and my phone was made last week, week 37. I sure hope I got a nice display like last year.

Mine just went from “preparing to ship” to “shipped” in just the last few minutes. It is, however, still sitting in Zhengzhou, so no actual movement seen.

anyone know if i have to wait for an email from UPS to say my package is ready to pickup at CC? or can i just show up there right when they open tomorrow (8am)? in years past, i don't recall waiting and i just showed up haha

I just showed up last couple of years without any issues.
