This is my 6th year probably ordering online from Apple. Every year this happens. Relax people lol. Last year it didn’t even get to KY until Friday and I am in Illinois. If the site says the 20th you will get it the 20th.
Please please please do not bother UPS. They can’t do anything other than give you the same info your tracking does. Calling them or messaging them is getting you no new info. Leave them alone.

My iPhone Pro Max UPS tracking is still stuck at origin scan in China. The Apple site just updated to shipped, and there's now an invoice with my phone's serial number. Looked up serial number and my phone was made last week, week 37. I sure hope I got a nice display like last year.

How do you check that? I have my serial number.

Apple informed me the trade-in kit is sent 3-5 business days after you receive the new phone.

Keep in mind that they have a “mountain“ of iPhones all on pallets to move from one site to another. They can move a pallet with a thousand phones on it from one site to another than to send out a thousand notifications. The notifications will eventually come.

They wanted to get it done before iOS 13 dropped tomorrow, which is understandable for the light/dark mode switching. More important for the site to do that than let us continue to go back and forth on tracking planes lol.

Still, though, overnight would have been a way better choice, IMO. It’s not like this is the forum’s busiest week of the year or anything.

I have tried to track with my cell number and with order number. But all in vain.

Track by reference using your order number minus the last two digits. I’ve had more luck with that than tracking by phone number.
