I'm guessing your phone is actually in Kentucky. The system appears to not be updating properly for a number of us.
no, not too late. UPS (in a DM to me) said if you get the request to them before 7pm EST today then it'll be in the system.
Spoke to UPS this morning. They confirmed there are issues with their shipment tracking progress (status not updating) on their customer facing website and app. My phone arrived in KY on Sept 18th and cleared customs. UPS confirmed I should receive my phone by 12Noon ET on Friday.
I feel like I’m in the dark with mine that I chose store pickup for. Can’t find shipping info by reference with my phone number, order number, or order number minus last two. No invoice in my account or email. Guess I’ll just have to cling hope that it’s there when I show up at 9am tomorrow 🤷♀️
Mine says shipped as well now and checkin on tracking it also had had departure scan from Anchorage, AK, United States as of early morning today.
And mine is 34th week , earliest batch from what I see - hope it aint gonna be rotten when it comes to me!

No text or email from Apple just yet, but I decided to check the Apple store app. Now my 11 pro is marked as shipped and scheduled for delivery tomorrow 09/20. Ups still shows origin scan from 09/16 in ZZ, China with no movement. 😬
Usually it's easy to decipher the code even without inputting it on those website for those who are concerned. Usually its' the 5th digit in the serial number that tells the production week, 4th digit is the year. So example: FFWZD. So Z would be the production year (note that Y is the 1/2 have of the year from 1/1/19 - 6/30/19 and Z is 7/1/19 - 12/31/192 and it's the quarterly thing). and the D is the production week, in this case D is Week 37. Usually starts with 1-9 (I'm not sure if there is a 0) then B through Z (you skip the Vowels and I believe some other letter). So if it's Z1 then it's the first week of July. At least this is what I know.
Probably just “by end of day”, since that’s the commitment they make for UPS Worldwide Express Saver, which is how the phones were shipped.
