In the 255 group over here too. I did want to throw in there, last year I had another package I scheduled in UPS my choice for a specific window thinking my phone would come there too. They blew through that window and didn’t show up at my house until almost 8pm. Having the phone shipped to work this time around since commercial shipments get off the truck first. Didn’t know that last year! Hoping it’s a good strategy.

Apple Store app finally says it is shipped.
Yet, no update on UPS delivery status, still showing ZZ origin scan.,
Finally, Import Scan. ZZ to Louisville, KY.

Has anyone received the option to pre-sign for delivery? I'm a UPS MyChoice member, and the tracking info doesn't even say that a signature is required (thus, no option to pre-sign). The Apple tracking info says 'Signature may be required for delivery', but again, no option to sign in advance.

Spoke to UPS this morning. They confirmed there are issues with their shipment tracking progress (status not updating) on their customer facing website and app. My phone arrived in KY on Sept 18th and cleared customs. UPS confirmed I should receive my phone by 12Noon ET on Friday.
How did you see a delivery window? My tracking shows 'by end of day' with no option for signature release or delivery window. I called UPS and they said Apple has restricted both of those options for their shipments?? Which doesn't make sense to me at all.

Anyone else unable to see a time frame window?
 
My appointment is at 8 am when the store opens and this is my first time picking up at an Apple store. Do I need to arrive early to be in line and by how long. Or do I just go to the front of the line. How does this work with a 8am time slot.
 
why don't you ask to hold it at a UPS CC so you can pick up first thing in the morning?

I live in the boon docks—middle of nowhere OK. That’s a hour away in a direction I have no reason to be traveling tomorrow. Tried to get it “held at UPS STORE” a few days ago and it wasn’t going to be able to be picked up until Monday for some stupid reason.
