The exception is because of you changing the delivery to pick up. It should go away next scan. I did this a couple days ago and had the exception and it went away with the following scan. I am expecting mine to come back though, since today I got a bunch of texts about the phone being delivered and if I wasn't going to be home to change the delivery and such, so I went back on and requested the hold at my local UPS CC again. Nothing to worry about, as long as when you requested the hold it said it was available for pick up on 9/20...some people its been telling them it won't be available to pick up until Monday.

That was my question though... The exception never popped up on the website, just a text message. Should it also reflect on the tracking page?

So what's the consensus on why our tracking numbers were so slow to up date? Do we think that the phone have been sitting state side for a few days just waiting for an import scan?

Where are you seeing this? I'm in My Choice and the only option I can find is to reroute it to a pickup point which shows it won't be available until Monday.
I was trying to get the package to be held at a CC tomorrow too, but it wasn't on the list on MyChoice so I made a mistake of choosing a UPS store which supposedly pushed my delivery date to Monday. I just hope that they actually deliver to my store on Friday so I could go pick it up.

LOL. Mine hasn’t even moved to preparing to ship yet. I must have bad luck when it comes to these phones. Last year my phone took a detour to Canada and stayed there for two weeks. I ended up canceling the order and then miraculously it left Canada and arrived at my business the next day.

Hard to believe. You can’t cancel a shipped order.

it never popped up on the web page. I didn't actually get any text update until today. it would show the exception for me in the app, but not on the wbepage, not for me at least. just the app. I imagine that the text alert is probably the same...shows top there but not on the web page. either way its because you made a changed to the delivery method. like I said, as long as it says deliver 9/20, and it said available to pick up 9/20 when you made the request, your all good.
