For my XS Max preorder it went from KY right to MI... never stopped.

Yeah, last year mine went straight from Kentucky to Lansing on a plane. It headed to Michigan early Friday morning though.

Mine showed a departed scan at 4:29 and I tracked a plane that left at 4:49 and just arrive at 5:16 our time. Should get an arrival scan soon.

Ok why the hell did my Apple Watch have an arrival scan in Commerce City, CO? It's going to Southern California. My iPhone had an arrival scan in Ontario, CA which seems more reasonable. Anyone else experience this?

Yes. Last year I could watch a live map of my UPS truck.
