I can call but it will just auto cancel eventually so I will just keep trying online
I have all of that as well except for the "updating plans to schedule your delivery"I got the first estimated delivery yesterday for 09/30. Apple says 10/07. Now the package is stuck in Shanghai, China - "We're updating plans to schedule your delivery."
I have all the same. I think we will get them on Monday.
Can I change my delivery to a UPS store , right down the street from me, or does it have to be at the main UPS hub in my city? thank you !

You can change delivery to have a hold for pick up at your UPS Store right down the street from you. Just keep a look out as sometimes that can add a day. So if yours was set to be delivered tomorrow (example), but you requested a hold for pick up at the UPS Store oppose to UPS CC then sometimes it pushes a day. YMMV. But I can say that I've had no issues doing the UPS Store and being able to pick it on the day it was promised without any delays.

So Hopefully somebody can help me. If i am on IUP and i have paid off my previous iPhone, can i trade it in and get the credit on my credit card? I have talked to Apple Rep and she said that it cant be done you will only get the gift card.

Just wanted to update this thread. My phone arrived today (4 days early) and I’m buying it as I type this from my iPhone XS Max.
This can be done but may need managers override. I did this with the watch. I purchased Watch S5 series with my credit card. After I picked it up, then I took my Watch S4 with me, and traded it in and put it on my debit card with no issues. It depends on who you get and knows what they are doing
Went through the process, and when it came to final check out thee wasn't a refund to original tender option was only gift card. However on those system as long as they hit the credit/debit card icon on the bottom, then there is the option to add it to the debit/credit card. However it needs the managers override for that to happen.
My iPhone XS Max arrived at the trade in partner on Wednesday and still no update just “inspecting your device”. Says it will be done within 3 business days so I guess Monday I should be credited.

Same thing here, it’s been rescheduled since yesterday... originally had a delivery date of 10/7-10-14, estimate was 9/30 then it changed to reschedule d, now we play the waiting game
UPS emailed me to say a mechanical failure in Louisville is going to cause a one day delay. The plane must have blown up on the tarmac.
