Has anyone that has traded in a phone received their credit yet? I’m talking about regular trade in not those who had to turn in an IUP phone.

Sent my Xs tradein Friday and they got it mid day today and hour later it was passed for inspection and my old loan canceled at same time pretty fast for me. Oops did not see you were talking about credit. Mine is iUP tradein maybe those are faster...

Yep. Have not had problems with 13.1 (installed last Thursday after updating my backup to my 11 pro max), 13.1.1 yesterday (still fine) and now 13.1.2 today but I know a few have had issues
Yep did not notice the original post was about credit for a tradein, my bad... iUP probably is faster but it seems getting financial refunds take longer for about everything
It’s not even the refund I’m waiting for. I’m not talking about the money being credited back to the card I know that takes a few days but it has been at “inspecting your device” since Wednesday.
I'd say give it a couple of days. I returned the powerbeat pro be sending it on Wednesday and per tracking Apple warehouse did receive it on Friday but didn't get process till today. I'm sure they have a backlogs of all those returns and trade in's that they have to process. TBH i'm not sure if the trade in's are going to the same location?
Well it’s after 5 o’clock eastern time now. Which is the time zone my phone is in for the trade in so I don’t expect to hear anything today since 5 is generally the end of the business day. They said I would hear back within 3 days and that didn’t happen. I know there’s probably a lot of trade ins but don’t put a timeframe on there and set an expectation if you can’t keep it. So so far no news on the trade in credit.
I have given it 3 days just as it says on the trade in “we will inspect your device and give you an update within 3 business days”. Don’t set an expedition with a timeframe if you can’t keep it.
“Thank you. I do apologize we try really hard to provide an update within 3 business days but due to the amount of new iPhone purchases and trade-ins the updates have fallen behind a little bit. We appreciate your patience and we will provide you an update as soon as possible.”

I asked them as well and all they told me is “we are inspecting your device” and gave me the link to see that on my order. It doesn’t take 3 days to inspect a phone. There needs to be something that says waiting for inspection not just “we are inspecting your device” for 3 or 4 days
Ok. Mine on iUP only have always been approved the day they get it. A place in Carlise Pa. Where do the trade ins go same place?
The iUP program I am on goes to a place in Carlisle Pa, I wonder if its the same as apples main trade in outside iUP?
Ah ok so whoever does it is at that location seems weird some go fast and yours is dragging out......

I'm thinking that's the warehouse in PA where they also ship out online orders.
Since I live in central and based on location, they go to Lebanon, TN (used to be Mt. Juliet, but they relocated). I believe there is one based in Rialto, CA as well.
Yes the address in PA looked to be the same or close to the same as online orders.
Apple told me they were handling these trade ins this year and not a third party.
Ditto on mine. It's showing a delivery window that closed 3 hours ago. Last update for mine is 9:41 am today in Anchorage. Tomorrow is actually an easier day for me, as I had to shuffle a lot of stuff around to be here during the 2 hour delivery window. That said, I sure wish it had come today.
and this is when UPS pulls out their newly-developed cross-country teleporters and we all actually get our phones today
Only a little more than an hour flight to Los Angeles. I think I’ll actually get this thing tomorrow!
