Carrier iPhone 11, Pro, Pro Max (2019) Apple Store US Pre-orders, Orders and Delivery Status Thread

Is there a reason Apple doesn’t put models of these in the store for people to see before they pre-order? I’m sure some people would like to see the new colors and the camera bump before the make a decision. Are they just worried people will get confused and think they can buy now? Or do they not have models available that they can stick in stores?

What did you use for a reference? Did you change the date range at all?

Just my phone no.,no dashes. Date range up to today (9/15). Ordered 9/13 around 7 am PST.

BTW Apple Store app still shows “ Preparing to Ship”

Ordered the 11pro 64gb space gray 7:04ish cst and it’s been on “preparing to ship” for about 24+hrs now. UPS doesn’t show any info with my order or phone number. I’m trying not to be to anxious, but this is my first ever preorder of anything so I’m kind of excited.

My 11 Pro Max Midnight Green 64GB t-mobile just appeared in the UPS MyChoice app for delivery on 9/20. Apple’s Order Status still shows preparing to ship with no delivery date.

I ordered on 5:01 am and got my confirmation email at 5:03 am on Friday

If you have an Apple Store nearby, and they have equivalent stock of your original selection, you may be in luck.

Yep Apple store like 1 min away in midtown Charlotte. They’re never packed so I might just do that!

While you can track on UPS the status on Apple dot com will not change till like Wednesday or Thursday.

Same ordered 1 64GB SG Max and “preparing to ship”

Lol mine still says preparing order not the preparing to ship part haha. Does anyone know how they ship two phones? In separate boxes? This is my first time ordering two phones.

Hey all. Sorry to derail the thread. But if I pay off my lease at t mobile and own the XS max and then trade until Apple for the $600, am I able to get on the Apple upgrade program or am I forced to buy outright? Oddly it seems I dint have the option of The program via their site. Thx

Tracked VIA reference number (order # minus the last 2 digits) through UPS and I have a tracking number! Probably the smoothest year yet for me.

Same here. 2 phones. 64 red 11 and 256 gold pro max. Mine comes direct from Ky to my local CC only about 3 hrs by truck from Ky.

Someone here thought it might be the destination that determined how soon it shipped and someone else thought it might depend on the model. Any further thoughts on this?

My guess it is a combination of when they check yours in. And where it is going. If your phone will take an extra day or so to arrive to the destination in the states. It may ship sooner. And you get tracking sooner. If your phone doesn’t take that long to get to you. Your tracking would show up later than others. But that is my speculation.

Logged into my UPS account and my phone has tracking number and shipped yesterday out of Zhengzhou. Even though my Apple order says preparing to ship. Case arrived yesterday, screen protector today, getting excited!

My wife’s iPhone 11 is showing up in UPS my choice. It seems like her phone is always a step ahead of my Pro Max. I ordered mine first , but I got her confirmation email, loan agreement, preparing for shipping first!

I would expect my Pro Max to show up soon in UPS.

they are sitting on pallets at an airport staging area preparing for transport. They haven’t started moving yet. That may not happen for a day or two.
