Three Mag Fit looks pretty good.

Thanks for posting these! Great examples of GARBAGE engineering....objectivity is importantThere are also practical examples where Apple has come up with very questionable design decisions before.
Examples being the charging of the first generation Pencil and the Magic Mouse.

The Letscom charger won't have the NFC ring in it that communicates with the iPhone to enable the 15w charging. People have already tried using 15w chargers and only got 7.5w. The Amazon ad even shows iPhones listed (including the 12's) as only 7.5w charging.I don’t get why some on here say if they don’t use MagSafe that they have to “give up” 15 W charging. That’s so not true. I found where you can get 15 W QI charging right on Amazon.
Here’s the charging pad:
LETSCOM Ultra Slim Wireless Charger,Qi-Certified 15W Max Fast Wireless Charging Pad,Compatible with iPhone 12/11/11 Pro Max/XS Max/XR/XS/X/8/8+,Galaxy Note 10/Note 10+/S10/S10+/S10E (No AC Adapter) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YTZHF5F/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabt1_l-ERFbBMRW4S3
Then this Anker charging block:
[Upgraded] Anker Nano iPhone Charger, 20W PIQ 3.0 Durable Compact Fast Charger, PowerPort III USB-C Charger for iPhone 12/12 Mini/12 Pro/12 Pro Max, Galaxy, Pixel 4/3, iPad Pro, AirPods Pro, and More https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WRKXQ8W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabt1_JdFRFbD6DT90K?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
So for under $30 you have the same fast charging.
That 5ft cord is compelling. 7.5w is plenty for me. Looks like Amazon is hard out of stock.Hello All,
Anker is introducing a magnetic wireless charging pad for the iPhones 12 only:
PowerWave Magnetic Pad
"Model Number: A2560
PowerWave Magnetic Pad
Effortless Wireless Charging for iPhone 12
Magnetically Snaps into Place
PowerWave’s magnetic design attaches quickly and securely to your iPhone 12’s wireless hotspot to deliver efficient and stable charging every time.
Wide Compatibility
If you have an iPhone 12, 12 mini, 12 Pro, or 12 Pro Max, PowerWave will connect flawlessly to charge at up to 7.5W. Also compatible with MagSafe iPhone cases. Note: This charger only works with the iPhone 12 series."
I have pre-ordered from Amazon.

Updating, FYI:
The Anker Magnetic Charging Pad (A2560) is available for order on Amazon. Will be in stock Dec 8, 2020.
Really looking forward to trying this out.
For me over time, I still like the main Apple products (iPhone, iPad, iMac, MBP, AppleTV, etc.) but my go-to supplier of all attachments, cables, chargers, and so on has become Anker. Have about a dozen of their cables in various configurations and lengths and all are working very well despite some being a few years old now. With my wife’s new iPadAir, we added a few of Anker’s USB-A and USB-C dual chargers...great devices.
having owned the phone for a month now, I can comfortably say I rarely or never use 2 hands to remove the charger. There’s greater force required if you try and pull the puck away from the phone. Instead, I grip the phone in one hand and use my fingers to slide the puck along the back off the phone until it detaches and let it drop onto my side table. Haven’t found it inconvenient at all. This method also means I don’t pull on the cable at all which may help with longevity. The “sliding off” being easier to do is similar to the concerns raised about the wallets magnetic strength if force was applied parallel to the phone, although I find the force perfectly find and haven’t had any concerns using the wallet or puck myself. With Apple's MagSafe charger I'll need quality tape to force the charging puck to stay on the desk. OR every single time I pick up the phone, I'll have to pull off the puck with another hand. It's no longer a grab-n-go. All the convenience of the lock-in charging is outweighed by the inconvenience of actually having to have two hands to remove it, or hard-mount the magsafe to your desk.
- Buy case with magsafe built in
- reverse the magnets
- floating wireless charger!
That would Drain the battery then! 🤣🤣🤣- Buy case with magsafe built in

Interesting. It is the white I’m actually trying to get away from. During this period of transition from USB-A source sockets with Lightning connectors until everything is USB-C at both ends we need to be able to quickly identify which cable is for which device. We ”standardized” on white for the USB-A-to-Lightning cables since we had the most of these, and Anker’s beautiful red for the USB-A-to-USB-C cables. Then we use Anker’s silver for the straight USB-C-to-USB-C cables such as those to connect the new iPadAir to its charging wall wart. This way one knows at a glance if you have the correct cable for whatever device at the time. Using this color-coding protocol has worked for us. And I think we’re stuck with this for at least a few more years as I don’t see us getting rid of our Lightning-only devices soon.Agreed, SalisburySam. I have found Anker chargers and cables to be of high quality, and I like that I can keep to an Apple white aesthetic. Their Customer Service is particular helpful, as well.

Apple forgot to revolutionize the Magic Mouse’s infamous charging port
What if there was a charging port in the front?www.theverge.com
