iPhone 12 Mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max Order Statuses Begin Shifting to 'Preparing to Ship'

I ordered a 12 Max Pro by 7:03am CST and was stuck at Preparing to Ship as recently as 6:30am today. Now it shows shipped and it shows in UPS with all of the tracking from China to Alaska to leaving Alaska is in there for delivery to Wisconsin tomorrow.

Sounds identical to me and it just magically showed up with all tracking back to 11/8.
 
My pro max blue is on track for 13th.

I ordered my iPhone 12 mini about 10 min after released. This morning my delivery date was changed from November 13 to November 24 - December 01. My order status is stuck at processing :(

Same with me. If it says 13th. U will get it on 13th. Apple is not sending emails as soon as it ships. Mine is in Louisville, KY but I didn’t get any email and no update in UPS. All of a sudden I see it in ups now.

I looked again on the Apple Store app and status changed to shipped but I’ve not received any emails with tracking or anything notification other than this. I tried to click on it for more details and got a “orders are not available at this time” message. Hopefully tomorrow is the day!

It’s possible, but highly unlikely. There’s a penalty to UPS for every package that doesn’t make it on the designated day. So, if it doesn’t make it to you, it’s because of something disastrous.
 
I'm so sad, I got the email that my order had shipped and was on time for delivery, but it's still stuck in Alaska on UPS and my Apple Orders page (which has been wonky all morning) now says this. UPS still says its set to deliver tomorrow :(

Now I am concerned about one of my orders. I ordered my iPhone Pro Max straight up as soon as the store allowed from my pre-order. It has been stuck "Departing Anchorage, AK" since 11/10/2020 12:24 A.M.

I ordered a 2nd one for a family member about a hour later, also a iPhone Pro Max, and it just lapped my 1st one by updating to "Louisville, KY 11/12/2020 10:05 A.M.". This one left AK 11/11/2020 2:34 A.M.

I wished Apple used FedEx for these shipments, like the did my MacBook Pro I got about a month ago. Their status updates included customs data. Also, in Sept UPS lost a package coming to me, it just up and disappeared in their Houston hub. Not mention slow or no status updates on quite a few shipments these last few months!

I am going to be all kinds of upset if my iPhone does not show up tomorrow. After having 3 days time departing Anchorage, AK

Edit:
2nd iPhone on UPS updated with "Import Scan". So I guess UPS does list custom status, though so much slower than FedEx.

Click on order number in the email and loging to apple store. U will see the tracking details

U can check thru UPS my choice. Or click on Oder number in the email and log in to apple store. U will see the tracking details

It'll still make it. UPS logistics are incredible. What part of the country are you in?

Haha giving me hope, thank you! It did end up in Kentucky a few hours after I posted that which is a good sign, I'm in NYC. UPS still says it's on track to deliver tomorrow by EOD, but Apple is telling me otherwise. I've had issues with their Orders page all day, so maybe it's related to that somehow.

The level of detail only applies to before it says “shipped” on the Apple Store order page. Once it says shipped, the information on both are so close, it really doesn’t make a big difference.
 
I ordered my iphone 12 pro max on Sunday, and it will not arrive to Dec. 4th. Sooooo not happy!!!
 
just got an email saying it’s ready for pick up at apple store. Do you think I can go in today when the scheduled time is tomorrow?
 
Another question!! So apple charged my card today but the apple websites just changed from processing to preparing to ship... apple usually only charges when they ship. Is it possible that the phine was shipped but haven’t not received any updates/emails!?
 
F. I hate UPS. Perordered Nov6th at 8:06 for Nov 13 delivery in Toronto without issues. I received a notification that my Pro Max has shipped yesterday. Apparently, it's been in Concord the whole time, because there was NO flight info listed, and as of this morning, UPS shows TWO destination scans and no "Out for delivery" notification. It's still listed as being delivered to Toronto by end of day today. I know from experience, if it's not on the truck and on the road by morning, it isn't going to make it that day. I'm pissed, but still holding out for a miracle.
