I registered for my choice and I cant see my order on that I can only see it when I track by reference

Are you sure the address you have in MyChoice is exactly the same as the address on your order?

FYI for those using AT&T: Finally received confirmation just now from FedEx that it was shipped and will be held until deliver on the 13th in the morning. AT&T site still says preparing to ship.

I ordered the mini btw.

Has anyone that knows their tracking number seen any other location posts after Anchorage, AK? I was curious where the next stop would be headed to the midwest.

Yea 100% its showing up when I track by reference but not by My choice but I want to see it on Mychoice because I heard it was more detailed

Yeah don’t worry. Same thing for me. I used my number and everything else. Didn’t see anything until just a couple hours ago. And now it’s showing the whole shipment history back through 11/7 when it was in China. Others used this same method and could see that info for days. Sign up for my choice and keep checking. It’ll eventually show up. Just be patient. For anyone that has a delivery date of 11-13 on Apple will get it don’t worry. I was panicking at 1st when everyone except me could view their info on my choice. Thought I was screwed. But now it’s showing

That's what everyone's says if u go on ups and click track by reference and enter ur phone number u can see that your order has already shipped.

Yeah it’ll show. Same with mine but through UPS. I was starting to worry but now mine shows. I contacted Apple and they basically said don’t worry. If u did the preorder and show a 11-13 delivery then ur good

I ordered my Pacific blue on the 7th and used the track by reference method and got this on UPS? Anyone else with the same result? Apple still says processing.

I ordered the pro max through AT&T. I did also preorder the 12 and the day before release I finally got the tracking number. It was shipped ups overnight so I did get that on the official release date. I’m hoping the pro max orders are the same.
