I can’t figure out this $800 Verizon promo… Best Buy says to complete it on the Verizon website. When I do that it doesn’t let me apply the credit to a specific line and it’s only given me $200.

I already have the phone activated on my line but can’t get it to show $800.

If I place another order using my trade in on vzw website I get $800 promo.

So confused… did anyone else purchase through Best Buy and process the trade in on Verizon’s website?

You might need to call Verizon then. It only showed $200 for the old lady’s phone before activated, but once the new phone was activated it took selected the phone for me, gave me the full $800 and provided me with a shipping label. Phones already mailed out.

Mine doesn’t even show that my old phone was on the account. I have to manually enter all the trade in info. 😐

Best Buy website says something like “Order now and it should be ready for pick up on so and so date” or “Expected to ship on so and so date.”

For those who have ordered and received iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone Pro Max from Best Buy, how great is Best Buy and meeting these dates? Do they generally meet these dates or are they generally late?
