However he’s said that replacements take priority over orders so she said it won’t take 4-5 weeks it should be much sooner. Luckily I hadn’t sent off my 11 pro yet so can use that for time being but the I arranged the return today and UPS collect the return the next day, then when they receive the return the replacement is initiated.
