I think they pay attention to the criticisms. Consider Jobs when he came out saying people were holding the phone wrong.

You can be sure there is some social media department that scans the internet and somehow distills, either manually or through intelligent algorithms the essence of comments.

But it’s clear apple doesn’t take all requirements from the internet.

I sure hope Apple still "gives a ****" about opinions and who criticizes them, especially when it's their own customers. It would be a real shame if Apple has become too big and wealthy to care anymore and instead chooses to coast or rely too much on hype.

There's petty nonsense and then there is real constructive criticism. It's easy to tell one from other and I do hope Apple at least considers constructive criticism; even if there is no action. It's the petty nonsense I'm more referring.

But there has to be enough volume with the constructive criticism to effect a change. Where Apple believes their earnings will be affected they will make a change.

Problem is, iPhone 13 was really a 12s. So this is basically the third year of essentially the same phone.

Unless something major is changed in the iPhone 15, a usb c port and periscope lens still makes it a 13SS.
