iPhone 14 Still to Boast Performance Improvement Despite Sticking With A15 Chip

No one is going to wake you up. They run too hot and draw too much power to be in phone.
The A#s are optimized for phones; the M#s are optimized for computers.

Yet my M1 MacBook Air has better battery life than my iPhone and never requires use of the fan.

Is the iPad a computer? Not really. Doesn't even have a cooling mechanism.

I don’t understand what you mean by this. The iPhone 13 is almost certainly getting a price cut of at least $100.

And then the big jump would be from 13 up to the 14 Pro.
Doing it this way, keeps a 14 between the 13 and the 14 Pro.

Bigger battery, more space inside, larger cooling surfaces, heat also escapes thorough the keyboard, and it isn't water waterproof.

No way they keep the 13 and 13 Pro around. Too similar to 14 and 14 Pro. This, by all indications of the rumors, appears to be a year of incredibly small changes YoY and one of the more minor upgrades. I predict the 14 Max to be a big seller only because you can get a non-Pro iPhone with a large display now.

They never keep the Pro models around. They are always one and done.

I'm fine with them keeping the A15 as long as they use the 5 core version. At least there would be something to distinguish between the regular 13 and 14 aside from new colors.

My iphone 13 performance has never been "amazing" in the first place. IOS 15 is still plagged of bugs like the safari frequently visited sited (bug deletion). I expect more of the same with the next gen.
