Apple's battery management is so clever that at 10 months, my iPhone is still at 100% max battery without me having to take any extraordinary steps. That's why they may never go down that route.

Cool story, at 20 months I'm at 87%. If you ever get up in the middle of the night and adjust your thermostat from your phone, check a camera or do anything the "clever" goes away and now the phone thinks it needs to be at 100% at 2am. Not so clever.

I’m really looking forward to this new stacked battery, however, it’s probably not coming to the 15 Pro, so… will this be exclusive to the 16 Pro? Or will the regular iPhone 16 have it as well?
