What a waist of valuable resources. These will be in a landfill in less than a month. Why do we have to do this every time ? Renders are good enough.
They look pretty good to me, I like the more muted colors. Do people really want the bright colors from the iPhone 5c?
I am trying to figure this out, unless I am blind, where is the new design? Looks identical to any iphone since the 12 pro to me.
The jet black iPhone 7 Plus is still one of my favorite phones of all time.
I don't think anyone was saying there was a new design. The reports have been saying its designed with Titanium now and that it will have a smaller bezel. Outside of that its the same.
Does it really matter, considering most people cover them up with a case and rarely see the color of the iPhone?

The pictures showcase the design of the iPhone 15 in five different color options, corroborating a range of other reports from over the past year. As rumored, the device's aluminum frame has noticeably softer edges and clearly shows a USB-C port.
Apple is seemingly opting for a more muted, desaturated color palette for the iPhone 15 models this year. The latest reports suggest that the device will come in black, pink, yellow, blue, and green, but several other colors have been rumored in recent weeks.
The iPhone 15 Pro models, on the other hand, are widely expected to come in silver, gray, black, and blue – with no gold option available for the first time since the iPhone X. Other than the slightly more rounded frame and the switch from stainless steel to titanium, no other fundamental visual changes are expected for this year's new high-end iPhone models.
The entire iPhone 15 lineup is expected to be announced at Apple's "Wonderlust" event on Tuesday, September 12, with launch likely to proceed the following week. Key features for the iPhone 15 Pro are expected to include an Action Button and the A17 Bionic chip, while the standard iPhone 15 models are expected to sport a 48-megapixel camera and the Dynamic Island.

I loved that jet black 7 but then i put it in a case and it looked like every other iPhone i’ve ever owned until i took it off to take photos of it when i sold it lol...which is why i no longer care what color it is. My current phone is graphite and i always forget and think it’s black

Yes it does matter. Because most people use a case. Most is not all. Those that don’t use a case, and to a lesser extent, those who use a clear case, would prefer colors that are not butt ugly.
