Prepare for peeling skin on your fingers if used without a cover. Many people are allergic to aluminium and/or titanium. Go for carbon instead![]()
😂 That would be the end of MR 😳Will it fold ?
You're not alone and within 6 months, most will realise how premium it looked in comparison.I seem to be in the minority of loving the glossy finish of stainless steel (I think it looks very premium) but I am SO DOWN for a lighter phone. 14 pro is ridiculously heavy and I even go caseless. my poor pinky has really started bending lol
The 14 Pro Max looks a lot more premiumThe iPhone 15 Pro Max will be 19 grams lighter! This is due to the titanium metal 😍

In other words UniqueWhat makes it a huge mistake? It was obviously the color that sold the least.
I do not believe that the alloy used is naturally silver-white without being polished. More likely it is gray, but I am guessing.
Exactly. This is an alloy often used in implanted medical devices.Relatively very high carbon steel will rust much more easily. More folks will be 'non pleased' with a rusted iPhone than anything in a Titanium one. Likewise more easily dented/scratch titanium isn't going to win more fans either. Titanium is not a common allergen but it tends to be mixed with something else for many practical uses.
These are alloys.Titanium easily takes fire, must always be machined under lubricant. iPhone 15 Pro will double as an EDC fire maker for no cost, so kind of Apple!
I intend to decide which gray after I see them.So what color are you going to get folks?
No one asked for AL, SS phones either.None asked for this. The only reason they are using titanium now is to increase prices.
Cool story, I'll spend my money how I see f
i hope you show up with a cup of coffee at least pal....See you at 5 AM on Friday doing a pre-order
Bud, respectfully; re-read the post again.I had at least 10 Iphones until now, never disappointed. Okay - it isn't cheap but - what actually is your problem with that cam?
see you back here when the keynote is done tomorrow mate. You watched the keynote already? where did it get leaked?
Actually that looks like my silver 14 Pro Max one year later -seriously… 😁It may not. I’m hoping it’s going to have that brushed finish like the one below.

Ðo you think they "bleach" the titanium for the silver iPhone? In any case, the silver and gray look awfully close in MacRumors' mockup.I do not believe that the alloy used is naturally silver-white without being polished. More likely it is gray, but I am guessing.

We won't.Let us see if we finally get a real working split screen and not just for the 15s.
