Disagree. I almost never drop phones regardless of if the sides are flat or rounded.

The thing for me that increased my chances of dropping a phone is its weight: the heavier a phone is the harder it is to not drop it.
Hmm. Again, disagree. I returned the iPhone 6 a day after buying it because it was so light (compared to the 5), it almost blew out of my hand (well, the lightness plus the curved edges made it so easy to drop). Light phones are easy to drop because they reduce the sensory feedback you get from holding it. Are you saying that a couple of extra ounces can make a phone too heavy for you to hold without dropping? 🧐

iPhone 15 Pro & Pro Max need some hardware improvements after 4 nearly identical models
Buttonless or Portless may be a good way to start. Underscreen Face I D. Would be nice as well
In any case ‘change’ is needed

It just makes a phone clumsy to hold. I know several people who go for the lower weight phone for this reason and they would also say the heavier the phone the more they drop it.

My boss previously had an 11 and no problems. This time around he got a 14 Pro (heavier and with the flat sides), only took him four months to completely shatter the back glass and the glass in the camera housing (and yes he had a case on it).

Nothing is 100 percent though. Some people do better with flat sides and others with rounded sides, some do better with lighter phones and others with heavier phones.

Cant wait for the Airdrop error when trying to send all the superb videos recorded in the "best iPhone ever"...

Is so impossible to use Airdrop with large files that this would be the next "Antennagate" if the Ultra comes portless.
