iPhone 15 Pro Expected to Come in Blue

I expect 99% of people put their expensive phone in a case (preferably not the rubbish Apple silicone ones that fall apart within a year). Who cares what colour they are if you do case your phone ?

I'm surprised people feel this strongly about this, especially since the vast majority of iPhones live inside cases. I can't even tell what color my phone is...

...that said, I stopped buying the black cases because they tend to make my phone disappear on poorly lit tables/desks. So I guess I care about case colors more than iPhone colors.

Getting old stinks.

I stopped buying black because they heated up too much on even modestly sunny days.

And it’s not like I live in California or something.

With Apple’s 50th anniversary coming up in a few years, maybe they will start doing some retro 70s colours like Harvest Gold, Avocado Green, and Burnt Orange. Now those are noticeable colours!

Loved my iPhone 13 Pro Max in Sierra Blue. However, Apple needs to move on to more robust colors. Especially for the Pro models. It’s starting to get boring.

Yeah I was seriously disappointed that the pro / pro max users didn’t get the same blue as the non pro versions (or even slightly darker than that). I like my sierra blue phone, but sometimes it feels like a toy in this color.

Really hope they don't do titanium. The stainless steel is so nice, and titanium dents and scratches so easily.

Titanium, like SS, is alloyed. It does not necessarily dent and scratch any easier than some SS alloy.

Modern iPhones are so durable that cases are redundant, just making the iPhone bulkier and harder to slide in and out of pockets.

I’ll take my 15 Pro Max in raw titanium, please. Even with its tendency to have a yellowish cast, I prefer the natural look and feel of raw titanium.

Few folks have felt pure Ti because it is invariably alloyed.

I'm the only person in my life that is case-less. Been that way since the 12 Pro and I've never looked back. Can't believe I actually wasted money on cases and screen protectors before.

Not wasted; older iPhones were not as durable as the recent ones are. Today cases are indeed a waste.
