15 pro max here.
Huapo Battery.
Started with 4535 and now (12 cycles) it's about 4490 (101,6%).
It has a tangible drop once i "calibrate" my battery: down to 30% and then up tp 100%.
I always limit the charge to 80%.

I'm pretty disappointed because my previous 14PM was a 101,6% after 137 cycles.

Wait until you hit 20-30 cycles. The battery is not 100% fully calibrated and because of this the capacity jumps from 4480-4530.
My 14 PM was at 102,5% at the begin and after 20-30 cycles the capacitoly stabilized at 104,7%.

Really? Interesting.
Ps: are in you in the panel thread also? We are sharing same ocds lol 😅

Yeah you have to chill.
Sorry for my English I’m from Germany 😂
My 15PM Simplo battery started with 102,5% and now it is at 103,2% and sometimes it jumps to 101,5%. But I have only 7 cycles now. After 20-30 you can say it stabilized and that is the final full capacity.

My 15 PM battery started lowish 4501mAh and has been steadily dropping down step by step ever since.
Another 15 PM other family member has started 4538mAh and it is slowly improving sometimes around 4450mAh or so.
There are strong batteries and there are weak batteries, mine is weak one. I baby my battery and other family member abuses it (meaning, uses it like a normal people:) ).
It is normal that good battery actually can improve after a while use, like our other 15 PM does.
I expect mine to drop 99% in next couple months, our stronger one probably takes 1 to 1.5 years like our previous 12 Pro's did with strong Sunwoda battery.
Our both 15 PM are with Desay battery.

Hi All -

Congrats to everyone with a new iPhone 15 Pro Max.

As we all begin our journey with the new phones I am curious to who your battery manufacturer is and what your full charge/design capacity mAh numbers are via coconutBattery.

I will go first:

Huapu Technology is my battery manufacturer and my full charge capacity states 4543mAh and design capacity states 4395mAh.

Looking forward to hearing yours, and keeping track of our batteries through the next year together.

Cheers!
How can you see this information on phone ?

Ahh, thanks...thought as much. Been scrolling trying to find that.

Getting it already.

Great you already have the app. What’s the capacity of you device? I started with 4530 then after 13 charging cycle it’s about 4490

I started out with 4543mah and now it is at 4529mah. Just 6 charge cycles.
The battery projects to have 100-99% remaining after a year.

Is it the same one you use for MacBook or a separate version for phone

Just updated Coconut Battery Plus and noticed that the design capacity jumped to 4422 which was the design capacity reported before the phones were released.

Well that is interesting news… I am starting to think coconut isn’t always the most accurate.

15 Pro Max 512 GB Blue Titanium
Manufacture: Desay Corporation. As for Huapu Technology (this is my first time seeing this one, usually I see is Desay or Sunwoda)
Full Charge Capacity: 4538 mAH

As for the design capacity it's pretty inaccurate because I believe it is supposed to be 4422 mah.
Thought the same thing, Huapu is new to me also. I've had Desay batteries (have one now in my 13PM). Not a fan of them also, erratic nonsense (Coconut screenshot below).

Seeing this Huapu is not much different I guess? I JUST saw a Twitter/X post, the first one ..where their 15 ProMax health dipped to 99% overnight. Call it "normal" or the new norm...just hate seeing that.

iPhone 15 Pro Max
Huapu Technology
Design Capacity: 4422 m1h
Full charge capacity: 4560 (was 4530 on day 1)
24 Cycles

I went from 4530 to 4480~95 in 15 charge cycles
Yours did not improve later on from that?
Mine is similar, except it started only at 4501mAh when it was new and has been decreasing ever since.

Looks like most others got good ones that actually improve a little after 20-30 charge cycles. My usual luck.

Huapu Technology
Design Capacity: 4422 m1h
Full charge capacity: 4495 (changing around always)
51 Cycles

Just FYI: I am charging it always overnight with Magsafe only (Nomad Base Station). While on vacation the whole November I was using the Anker Cube every Night. Strangely the Anker Cube was very slow in charging. Maybe it was because it was very hot in Asia.

4535 out of the box, now agter 18 cycles it's about 4490.

My previos model was 4490 out of the box.

I know that is the 15 pro max thread, but have a question for the experts.
iPhone 15 pro battery design is reported to be 3274mAh, however 3utools shows me that my design battery capacity is 3254mAh. Does anyone know why?

PS. if there is a pro thread please redirect me, but couldn't find it.

Probably feature of that program. I would not use it myself.
However, congrats on the battery. I'm surprised to see 15 Pro comes with Sunwoda battery. I haven't seen any bad one myself, all of them I had gave me well over 1 year until dropping to 99% full charge capacity. Actually my MBP 14 is about 16 months old with still well over 100%. My 12 Pro as well as other family member's phone took well over year to drop to 99%. I was extremely disappointed to see my new 15 PM came with Desay battery.
