Reading a lot of complaints about this not being in a mini form factor. One, the periscope lens likely requires some extra space. Two, with the iPhone mini only taking up 3% of iPhone 13 sales, there’s not a lot of incentive to put the dollars into making that happen. I own a 14 pro max, and unless you put it in a brick size case, or you’re a very tiny person, it really doesn’t feel very big at all. With a thin profile and such thin bezels, it’s nearly magical in its size. Can’t wait to see what they come up with in a package with even thinner bezels. And I’m beyond excited for 5x-6x zoom. I’d love to see a 2x zoom on the macro or ultra wide lenses, too.

So disappointed that this will only be for the Pro Max and not the Pro. I just can't deal with having something the size of a brick in my pocket. Won't be upgrading in this one. Think I've upgraded every year but one since I bought my first.

I know we are dealing in hyperbole here, but....

Average stats on a brick: 3 5/8" x 2 1/4" x 7 5/8". Average weight 4 1/2 lbs (72 oz)
Stats on an iPhone 14 Pro Max: 3.05" x 0.31" x 6.33". Weight 8.47oz (0.5 lbs)

Which is all fine and good until you compare to the "regular" sized phone.

Stats on an iPhone 14 Pro: 2.81" x 0.31" x 5.81". Weight 7.27 ounces (0.45 lbs)

When we are talking about a difference of 0.26" x 0.54" and 1.2 ounces, it seems silly to think this is a marked difference after the initial day or two of break in period.

It boggles my mind how you guys still use imperial weights and measures lol, I’d have to do a lengthy conversion on every single figure in your post to make any sense of it lol. No harm intended :)

As a tldr, it ain’t much.

Also…..🇺🇸🇺🇸

5x zoom would be barely more than what we have now, The Pixel gets away with it because it has that amazing software, Apple really needs to step up their game as they are getting their asses handed to them by every other phone north of 500 bucks in the camera department. If my old azz Samsung beat the 15 pro ultra max again I’m gonna be unhappy.
