What makes u say thatSo this will be the end of the silence switch, just like the iPad. It will be a little sad, like when they took away the home button.
The switch to titanium won’t be as good as aluminum sadly … the pro will probably be 190grHopefully cause the current phones are bricks
Probably take it into an Apple store to have it done lol.I'm curious what the process will be to force restart an iphone with no physical buttons.
What benefit does fake buttons bring? More water resistance?
They’ll just have ugly and hard to reach cutouts. The expensive ones will too, though.Taptic buttons = end of cheap cases
Why? People!with the Samsung fold complain how rubbish the battery life is,and the crease. Solve those two issues and maybe.End this repetitive formulaaa make the phone fold alreadyyyy
This is sarcasm right...?Those are some big upgrades, but that's no dynamic island. That was ground breaking revolutionary stuff. Apple will hang their hat on AR/VR
Still in BETA testing with the SIM pickBut Tim, where pray tell is my LiquidMetal iPhone?
Titanium has exactly two advantages over steel:Durability and hardness are different things. According to mohs scale of hardness (basically measures scratch resistance), titanium falls between aluminum and steel
That would be the final nail!!!! Hope not…but that is a scary possibility…It looks like I’ll be upgrading unless they remove the silent switch
Why? It’s pressure sensitive and as long as the silicon button caps are of a conductive material, it will work just fine.Taptic buttons = end of cheap cases
