When the biggest change you can make is the usbc port, you are no longer an innovator. Are you?.
How about ay LEAST moving to the top of the display the island?, is very intrusive as it is, worse than the notch.
What ab advanced phone it will be… same camera just minor tweaks by software and usbc…. Great job, Tim. Nice. A
Selling the same device as new sfor 3 or 3 years…

So what do you suggest? Moore's Law is dead for years now not just for CPU but basically for every other component. No idea why you blame Apple for that while every other phone manufacturer has the same problem.

Also why are you mad that you don't have to buy a new phone every year? This evolution instead of revolution in phones just saves everyone money.

So the main differences are a titanium edge, and USB-C?
How on earth would this warranty any kind of upgrade from the iPhone 14, or even the 13 for that matter.
Umm, it doesn't? Since when does it make sense to only keep an iPhone one or two years?

I'm still using an 11 Pro Max and it works wonderfully. I know someone using a 7 Plus still. Upgrading an iPhone after one year is a waste of money. The bare minimum that makes sense is two years.

Nope, but I try to have the patience of one.

She's trucking along just fine. And if the battery starts giving out in 2024, I can just get a new one to keep her trucking!
I actually think Apple would have some sort of "mini" (whatever they consider mini at that point) in the future. But you could be waiting two years.

The iPhone 15 will will be one of the best-selling Apple iphones
I doubt. Many people already has jumped on 14 Pro (You saw that this year Pro models are super popular among users), so upgrading to 15 Pro won't be essential for 90% of the people. Same will apply for 13 Pro. I don't expect new display this year or huge camera upgrades. This year will be mostly the USB-C, frame and the chipset and most people don't care for that, because they are already fast.

I am hoping they go back to the rounded sides with this phone. I absolutely HATE the flat sides on my 13, it’s so uncomfortable to hold.

Use a case. My mom's Xr is with rounded edges, but it's super slippery. Yes, it feels bit better, but in both ways you need a case. :D

It seems obvious there will be an improved camera too for the pro models and similar incremental improvements.
The periscope (?). Outside of that the jump will be much smaller imo. It's Apple and they won't make all in one model to make the phone "The ultimate". It makes no sense of business perspective. That's why this year camera and display will take a sit back, but they will "touch" other aspects of the phone aka the frame and port and of course every year we have newer chipset.

I have a case on my phone but the cases all have the flat edges also. It’s really uncomfortable to hold with the edges digging into your palm after awhile.

I'm waiting for the iPhone 16 Ultra Mini with Crab Legs.

Yes, it will have Crab Legs. They regenerate after you take them off and eat them.

It will be delicious, compact, and connected.

PS, the Crab Legs come from the fisheries off Dynamic Island in the bay of USB-C
Going to gift you with a Dynamic Island for the Crab Legs. Enjoy :)

Is it really that hard to just put the iPhone 15 bits inside a mini?
Hard? no …
Worth it? also no …

I love the mini more than anybody, but even I have to admit, it would be hard to justify making another one. The market is just not big enough (no pun intended).
