Amazon eats a lot into the profit margin. It’s circa 30% for a business to sell on Amazon, once all fees etc. are taken into account. For a big company that’s something you can factor in. For a niche company like Caudabe, that can often mean the difference in staying afloat and not. Caudabe isn’t operating with the same sort of scale and orders as other famous case brands - often they will have other products/threads of revenue. But Caudabe is dedicated case brand.I think they don't sell on Amazon as returns are easy there. Maybe if they upped the QC that wouldn't be that much of an issue.
