So for the 16 Pro I bought my sister what is the best screen protector out there at this moment in time? It seems all the protectors are terrible.
Yep. That was me.I ordered these at someone else’s recommendation in this thread and I have to say they are the best out of the four I’ve tried so far. there is still the slightest overlap when looking at the camera corners, but overall the coverage is the best I’ve seen. I try to capture it in a photo that I’ve included below. I’m done trying for for now until hopefully some updated versions are released. This one will do just fine.

I guess that’s the downside of some of these screen protectors that go almost edged edge… I didn’t have any issue with the Apple Silicon case, but some cases have a lip that wraps around the display.I tried the Ferilinso based on this thread as well, but didn't have as much luck. Coverage does indeed seem to be good, but that applicator does not work well and it doesn't seem to play well with cases. I've got a Spigen ultra hybrid T on my Pro Max and the protector started to lift off from the top as soon as I put the case back on. Granted this could be because of the applicator, it does seem to apply it a bit higher to the top vs. the bottom. I tried to manually apply it, but no luck so far with the case. May try the other two in the pack again without the applicator or just hold off till someone comes out with a case friendly protector with decent coverage.

They’re currently working on revised designs that will fit the phone better, which should be available soon. I’d hold off until then.anyone has good experience with flolab?
I would say Belkin for now it’s expensive but has good coverage (and great warranty). Mine broke a week after getting it but it was replaced free of charge for me.So for the 16 Pro I bought my sister what is the best screen protector out there at this moment in time? Same. Pretty happy with mine.I’m sticking with Ferilinso for now.
Just an update on this this was because of the spigen screen protectors I have just used the ESR without any lifting however it seems the ESR is more of a gap around the edges.Hey guys, im on my second spigen ezfit and it keeps coming away at the sides only by a ml or so on each side but people were talking about the 16 pro max having alignment issues is there any way to know if mine has it ?
The one Apple fit for you?I would say Belkin for now it’s expensive but has good coverage (and great warranty). Mine broke a week after getting it but it was replaced free of charge for me.
I’ve got no Apple Store here in Denmark so I bought it directly from Apple and applied myself. Easy and idiot proof application. The one Apple fit for you?
My guess is that this is exactly what many companies are working towards. FloLab is at the same time making the black border slimmer on the revised version.A simple solution for all those screen protector with black boarders to solve the issue is to make the glass a little bit bigger, so the black boarder get off the screen and also solving the issue of having less gap... not saying that should have no gap since could affect most cases, but minimal gap is acceptable, exactly what they had on 15/15 pro max including Torras
Yeah, I think the difficulty with this is that not only are the bezels on the new pro phones thinner than before, they’re also slightly curved on the edges which makes it tricky to design a screen protector that accommodates thatA simple solution for all those screen protector with black boarders to solve the issue is to make the glass a little bit bigger, so the black boarder get off the screen and also solving the issue of having less gap... not saying that should have no gap since could affect most cases, but minimal gap is acceptable, exactly what they had on 15/15 pro max including Torras
Has anyone been brave enough to try any AliExpress glass protectors? Ones that are new in the last 30 days perhaps . They could be updated designs. We are basically at the end of October and no Flolab update and no Dbrand screen protectors shipped…. Maybe they will release their improved screen protectors for iPhone 16 when iPhone 17 launches
Just received this from FloLab. Doesn’t seem to be a new revised version though..View attachment 2440453
They’ve been marketing their current protectors SO much this past week it’s really frustrating. Maybe less people notice the thick borders than we think…Just received this from FloLab. Doesn’t seem to be a new revised version though..View attachment 2440453
Guess they want to clear stock. They’ve been marketing their current protectors SO much this past week it’s really frustrating. Maybe less people notice the thick borders than we think…
I guarantee that regular users wouldn’t even think to check the camera corner markers. They’ve been marketing their current protectors SO much this past week it’s really frustrating. Maybe less people notice the thick borders than we think…
Looking on the Apple Store app I’m seeing $39. Is that correct???Belkin installed at Apple. Perfect fit and no issues like the cheap protectors.
