It's just a dumb render meant to trigger comments; the real phone won't display that rectangle or the MagSafe circle/Line. Camera bumps don't bother me so a full-width one will have zero impact on my purchasing decision.
It will, if you get a clear case (never got one since magsafe, because I think it makes them fugly)

I think that camera hump looks just idiotic. Why not make it so that the lenses finish flush with it? Personally, I don't care about weak phone cameras at all, but I care about form factor. So I'd rather have a single small, flush lens than this abomination. Sure, it's going to make better photos this way - in relation to an even worse camera - but in the end, they'll still look like overprocessed phone pics made with a tiny lens on tiny photosites. So, in my case, it will have impact on my purchasing decisions.

My iPhone always goes in a thin case which makes the body the same thickness as the camera bump so if Apple made the whole phone as thick as the hump then my phone would be camera hump thick plus case thick which would be a no go for me. I prefer better cameras to weaker cameras because I have apps I can use which do away with the worst over processing.

Honestly, for people who really dont care about the cameras the 16E is the phone to get. There's no hump, just the circular lens sticking out a little just like it did on my old XR. I bet they would stop noticing the lack of Promotion after a week or two.

Why would they make it *less* magnetic material? If anything, we need *more* magnetic surface to make sure phone grips and related accessories stay on with *more strength*.

Neither titanium nor aluminum are magnetic -- and I'm pretty sure Apple's use of those specific metals is very much intentional. Apple relies upon embedded rare earth magnets inside the rear shell to interface with accessory magnet rings, in order to ensure that the positioning of the device is exactly right, every time. This isn't as important with wallets or "pop-socket" type thingies, but it's pretty important with wireless chargers. If the case itself were made from steel, for example, it would probably be much harder to guarantee correct positioning.

And how it should be
