This is the battery performance am getting from a 17 Pro. Should I be concerned, is this normal?

Just casual responding to messages, browsing internet and listening to podcasts.

This is my 17PM.

Not sure if this is in line with other people, but I am running the iOS26.1 beta, so that might cause a few issues with battery life.

To increase daily battery %, is it better to have Adaptive Power turned off or on?

See a few posts turning this feature off, just wanted to check before making the change

Adaptive Power will really only help if one is consistent with the time of placing the phone on the charger each day. If your charging pattern is random, there really isn't a need for the former.

Previous years my ProMax was made in August, the month before delivery. Apple was playing it safe this year, likely due to a chance of tariffs.

Eh, my 16pro dropped to 99% exactly one year later the day before I traded it for my 17.
Exactly. So whats the point of the thread now if everyone is posting 100% for a year.
Next time its: whats the color of your silver iphone. How much did it change after touching it?

Anyone any thoughts around the battery life below? Just over 2hrs of screen time draining the battery to 5% does not seem right?

Also why is Facebook using background data when it’s turned off?

Thanks!
