Is there a way to make the selfie video non-mirrored? I really hate that element of mobile phone selfie videos and I can’t see why Apple have made the video mirrored.

I take it that's a "no"? The "Mirror Front Camera" toggle in the Camera settings doesn't affect the PIP videos.
