A camera in the corner doesn’t seem like Apple’s design mantra. Looks like a cheap android phone from 2016.
No. 17 is coming this year (2025) and 18 would be next year (2026).> Apple is expected to introduce the devices in September 2026.
should be 2025, right?
Because videochat would be compromised and it’s the main reason for the camera? Why did they not do this with the MacBook and hide it behind the Apple logo on the end of the menu bar instead of using a notch?!
Wide angle and some centre stage shenanigans and it would be fine!Because videochat would be compromised and it’s the main reason for the camera?
They skipped the 9 so that the 10 could be the 10th anniversary model so it has precedent. The 20th anniversary model will be the iPhone 20 one way or another, likely rebranded as the XX.You were off the first time, and instead of recognizing it, you went and doubled down.
R.I.P. distinctive iPhone design. Unfortunately, the only thing Apple won’t copy is the lower price, even a slightly lower price. Other than that the only way you’ll know for sure you’re looking at an iPhone is checking for the Apple logo on the back. Apple will have to find a way to differentiate it from Android phones.😂 iPhones looking more and more like Android phones. First was larger screen iPhones. Next up is the Google Pixel camera bar. After that comes the pin hole front camera in the upper left corner.

R.I.P. Dynamic Island?
Feature rationing at its finest. At least this year no one will mistake your 17 Pro as a 13/14/15/16 Pro. Maybe that doesn’t matter anymore to a large number of people, but there are some people who would appreciate a visual change. It's always the iPhone after the next iPhone that will have the exciting and useful features. 😂
Not if you make it a feature. They can call it the “Deep Well”the iphone will never have a punch hole camera. makes absolutely no sense too.
I'd FAR rather see bezels make a comeback.
Some of this minority are also the individuals who regularly down-vote or angry vote commenters who are supportive of Apple.
plus flagships from other companies nowadays have the camera hole in middle.
They likely won’t put it in the middle of fear it will be like all other android phonesA camera in the corner doesn’t seem like Apple’s design mantra. Looks like a cheap android phone from 2016.
