Have to see the final actual color to decide. But based on the rumors and the pantone color code, I am not impressed with dark cherry. Blue might be a better option. Overall disappointing. Orange on the 17 Pro Max is a fantastic color. Want similar bright shades.

My iPhone never leaves its case and yet im still annoyed they didn't have a black/dark grey option for the 17 Pro.

From the description of the color it appears to be close to Pilot's Iroshizuku ink in syun-gyo color. I really hope its closer to this than the mockup.
