I have seen posts on here demanding that the future owners are going to demand to open it. Also someone posted (jokingly?) that they were making the ATT employee wear Latex gloves. Someone should actually do that and get it on tape. :D:D

@David G, I fully intend to make the AT&T employee wear gloves. Will I look like an idiot? Possibly, but I'll be damned if they're gonna touch their hands all over my new iPhone.

I'm hoping they can leave the protective plastic on through the lame activation process to avoid any mishaps.

you guys... this is because iphones are like baby birds, they are imprinted to the animal they see first after hatching.

people, please please please, be very careful not to the let the iphone see the at&t employee first, or it'll keep trying to get back to at&t and it'll never really be happy living with you.

don't say i didn't warn you all.

The white iPhone has a WHITE box!

and the black iPhone has a BLACK box!

one more reason to get a white iPhone.
The white box will look nice next to my day 1 black iPhone Edge box.
