First impressions:

I'm in love. How is it possible that one product is SO significantly differentiated from every other option in the marketplace? It's so easy to add apps that I fear bankruptcy, but I don't care. I'm never left wanting for information and it's so damn intuitive to use.

The speed is blinding relative to my old one, but I'm definitely wary of the burning too much battery. I wish it was a LITTLE easier to switch 3G on and off, cause I do it a lot. Still, it's not too bad.

I used the GPS/Maps all day and have to admit, it was extremely accurate. Once we get a true turn-by-turn application the iPhone will be replacing a lot of GPS units me thinks.

They HAVE to be working on that; it's not hard to program. If we could use a blue tooth and hear the voice saying 'Turn left....now....' I would buy one.

I thought I'd just go ahead and do a follow up since I bashed the snot out of the iPhone 3G when I first got it.

The truth is I love this phone. Almost every problem I had in the beginning was user error. Manuel? I'm a man, we don't use manuals... until the damn thing won't work that is.

All of the updates have improved things dramatically. 3G is still a bit sketchy, but I can live with it.

I now have mobile me working on a PC, iPhone, and my new Macbook 2.4

Life is good. :apple::D
