iPhone 3G it's already OLD

I doubt it, judging from his poor spelling I'd say he's not from around here. Maybe Japan or China.
Seeing as the article he quoted is in Italian that would be my guess too. I don't think he understands half of what you guys are saying (at least I hope that's his excuse) so there really is no use arguing with him. We'll leave him to his Sony Walkman phone with 4G even though there are no 4G networks, and we'll go back to waiting for the new iPhone.
First of, 4G is not widely available, second, 4G is in concept mode, not a reality. Not even Japanese (who are the most advanced, have 4G yet).
Ok, 4G maybe fast, but is it out in North America or anywhere where the iPhone is currently offered? No.
What the hell is that? A radio transmitter? Looks more like a walkman to me than a phone.
Because 4G is still being developed. 3G has still much more to run before it is even considered being replaced.
Possibly when their bank accounts are a little fatter and their 3G network has runned its life time. In the mean time, 3G is fast enough.
Chinese barely have 3G, BTW, Japanese are more advanced than Chinese and they are still experimenting the 4G network, no handset that does 4G is out yet in Japan that is widely consumed.
Looks like a 21st century Walkman. Wouldn't want it.

I can say with 100% certainty that when 4G networks are a viable option there will be thousands of posts on here slobbering over whatever Apple manages to come up with.

That phone in the pictures looks like a sweet portable TV from 15 years ago. I wish I could go back in time and tell myself about it.

Speaking for ATT coverage, that is.
Verizon has pretty good 3G coverage, and people with EVDO Rev A are reporting 2+Mbps downloads.
Because they have 6 year olds building cell towers for 50 cents a day.
We don't have that luxury here.
We're slowly moving there. The U.S. network is soooooooo tingled up compared to other countries, that's why their phones can do so much more than ours.
Check your facts, China only has trials running for 4G. The US will be getting a lot of 4G coverage here pretty soon once Xohm(Sprint) gets up.
Currently the most advanced 4G networks I know of would be Korea (WiBro) and Japan (WiMax), atleast Japan's I know is still in the very early stages of development.
