iPhone 3G Screen Replacement

Wow!

Had an Iphone for a week......looked after it like a newborn baby and the screen scratched - have no idea how on earth it happened. Just taken it into the Apple store (UK) and the Genius (after entering the serial number into his swish little macbook pro 😛 ) just gave me a new one!!! I was so shocked! Apparently there are some faulty membranes out there and lucky me, I got one!
Bit more detail........ wasn't put in my pocket with anything other than a microfibre cloth........ the scratch WAS obvious when you ran your nail over it........there was one main scratch and many small scratches that you couldn't so much 'feel' on the screen.

I have to say I am most happy with Apple even though this is my second swap in 2 weeks! (first one kept turning off)
