My wife still can't get the hang of "rip", "burn", and "download".

Her: "Did you download that CD for me yet?"
Me: "Yes, we bought it on iTunes a month ago, remember?"
Her: "Wait, I mean, have you ripped it for me yet?"
Me: "I can't rip it because I never had it on CD to begin with. We bought it on iTunes."
Her: "<sigh> I want to listen to it on CD in the car. Have you made that for me yet?"
Me: "Oh, you are asking whether I burned it to a CD for you. Yeah, I did that yesterday. Here you go."

That is one of funniest posts in a long time. I have had very similar conversation. Ha!

I don't even bother lifting my hand up to my brow anymore. All I do is stone cold stare at em and say "picard.jpg" and walk away.

Yes, the iPhone 3G marketing is terrible.

They should just call it: iPhone 2.0 and it comes with Software 2.0 (keep this stuff in sync with each other).

3G leads to too much confusion among the masses.

I laugh when people say that. That's why they put the 3G after the iPhone.

Usually a sales person should say
8GB iPhone 3G
16GB iPhone 3G

yup! i was at my friends house messin around with my unlocked 1st gen iPhone when his brother walks in with the new 3g. he looks at me and sais "i have the new 3 gig iPhone!" I didnt tel him it means 3g so i just told him mine had 13 more gigs and he walked out sad
