iPhone 3g to Storm?

I wanted to try out the storm too but couldn't get myself to do it.. I did try out the LG Dare for 2 weeks and sent it back.. I didn't like the way the touch screen worked with pressure rather than the heat of your finger... I liked all the feature's that the dare had but with the iphone you can add so much more with the app store, plus with just a fireware update the possiblities are endless.. I'm going to stick with this phone for a while. And if and when they come out with a new iphone I will wait on that and not run out and get one right away.. I will try and wait at least 6 months and then get one... :eek:


Don't know if that possible or not, but I will try...:apple:

Still undecided. Big thing i want to know is if i can tether the storm to my macbook so i can use internet though my phone when im away.
 
I had a first gen iPhone and now I am on the 3G iPhone. I love them both. A friend of mine bought a storm and one night we traded phones for about an hour. That was all it took for me. No way I'd get a storm. I had to pry my iPhone from my friend's hand. He liked the iPhone so much better than his storm.

<sigh>If people would only listen when you gave them advice.</sigh>
 
buddy of mine purchased the storm because I got the iphone 3g and he just didn't want the same phone as me. He regretted getting the storm it is garbage he said. One of the worst phones he's had.
Today he is actually switching from verizon to at&t just to get the iPhone 3G.

If I were you, I would get a different phone. Or a provider. The HTC pro isnt too bad, for sprint. My friend just got one of those. With a qwerty keyboard and a nice touch screen. Next best thing if you cant get the iPhone working how you want it to in your area and your situation and what not.

i own both the iphone (personal) storm (work)

the storm is absolutely trash, dirts gums up the screen button, restarts , bluetooth is crap, the phone would not take 1 fall without breaking. the storm constantly needs to be restarted because of the buggy touchscreen interface. the ONLY blackberry that they decided to use a nonstandard mini usb port and instead put in a flat thinner mini usb making all current accessories useless.

i like the bb bold device, it is far better.
