Ok, so I've successfully downgraded to 3.1.3, but my baseband is still 05.13.04. If I jailbreak it, will I be able to upgrade to jailbroken iOS4 even with the baseband being 05.13.04?

Baseband has nothing to do with jailbreaking, only unlocking to another carrier.

I never pwned my phone, just used spirit and I can't manage to upgrade to jb 4.0 with 05.13.04. Idk

Thanks for the clarification. Should I downgrade to 3.1.2 before trying to go to jailbroken iOS4 or should I be alright from 3.1.3 jailbroken?

No your wrong, that's your baseband, not your bootrom.

You can try it with 3.1.3 but IIRC, 3.1.3 doesn't allow you to install unsigned firmware. You can try it and see if it works but I went to 3.1.2 to be safe.

However, I don't think you can downgrade to 3.1.2 again unless you had Cydia back up your SHSH.

By the way, I went back to 3.1.3. MyWi and a few other JB apps don't work in 4.0 yet so it may not be worth the trouble.

Who's crying? Pardon some of us for being excited and wanting to do things before a dev team release that is going to take a month to come out. Looks to me like YOU'RE the one crying. Don't read the thread if you don't want to help.

On another note, I was not able to downgrade from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2 last night. Redsn0w kept freezing at "Installing Activation Bundles". Any thoughts or fixes? (I did have Cydia back up my SHSH).
