Yeah but you have to purchase a sam's club membership. Add that to the cost.
And how will Walmart/ Sam's Club continue to pay such good wages if they cut out so much profit?
Someone already pointed out that Sam's has a guest membership, so it's not that big of a deal.
Wal-Mart and Sam's have good wages?! Whatever drugs you're taking, you need to share.
In case you don't keep up with the news, Wal-Mart has been dinged by the FBI for unpaid OT. They barely pay above minimum wage and do their damndest to keep the hours of their workers below benefits eligibility. If you want a better view of working at Wal-Mart, read Nickel and Dimed by Barbara Ehrenreich.
The hourly at Sam's might be better, but considering they've got the same management, I doubt it.
edit: Costco is famous for their great benefits and how well they treat their employees.
My wife's iPhone is supposedly eligible for upgrade around January 5 (according to the upgrade text message that I requested from AT&T). I am definitely going to upgrade her from the iPhone 3G to the iPhone 4 at that time. Does anyone know if you have to activate your phone immediately upon purchase? I'd love to get one of these at the discounted price if I can, since her line is so close to being eligible for upgrade.
Any ideas, or am I SOL on the discounted price?
LOL - It was definitely a sarcastic comment.
T-Mobile account is $39.99 voice + $19.99 UNLIMITED data and SMS.
I also carry around a work supplied 3GS locked to AT&T. Real world use shows voice and data availability is much better on T-Mobile with the factory unlocked iPhone than the iPhone locked on AT&T.
T-Mobile's service is much better than the trolls would have you believe.
Ah... dude... unless you pay full price for ANY smart phone, they all carry a $2000 commitment. Or there about. Even on Verizon or any other carrier.
Silly point you're making.
AT&T will probably take the subscriber lead from Verizon this season. Verizon looking at another big quarterly loss as Android ambitions prove fleeting.
