Man I am so glad that I am not the only one who has had a ridiculously unneeded encounter with this guy...

As for your rant, I have to ask, if you had such problems with the iPhone 4, why did you keep it at all? And unlike twitt3r I am not trying to be a dick, I am asking honestly.

Now that you have met Twit would you change anything about the above comment?

I kept it for a lot of reasons. In the beginning there were updates that were supposed to address the antennae and proximity sensor. Some people seemed to experience improvements with their phones for a while I pretended like I had seen improvement. As time went on I just dealt with it because while mildly annoying; I could still use the phone. Even with the bugs the phone was worth it to me. I think Apple makes the best computers, pads, etc. I have also invested a lot of time and money into iPhone apps, movies, music.

I am also realist and realize that no phone is perfect. My Droid screen freezes at least once a day and I have to pull the battery out of it. It p*sses me off and I have only had it for two months. So by simply dropping the iPhone for another device does not solve my problems.

Worked temporarily, I'm guessing this is a fault inside the carrier not making contact with the sim contacts correctly.

If I was in your position, I'd kick this upstairs at Apple.....Its not acceptable, and a senior apple rep should help you out.

My contacts are all imac and laptop related, but phone apple, be polite, and ask to speak to a senior member of staff.

In the meantime, I will contact my apple friends to see if I can get you a other contact.

DON'T drop this.....it's not right.

Is this legit?
