Set it to 4.0 with your ECID to save the SHSH for that version, shouldn't require an update.

Nothing you can do if you dont have SHSH's for 3.1.2 or 3.1.3 but update to 4.0 and wait.

Thanks OP. Saved SHSH for my Iphone 4.

According to Cydia, for my 3GS, weird I only had 3.1, 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 saved, but not 4.0. Went ahead and saved 4.0 for the 3GS, and now, Cydia is showing it.

I think it takes time.
Saurik probably has millions of SHSH's to request for each phone and yours havent got requested and received yet.
Its better and more safe to do it with umbrella.

Same Advice - Tiny Umbrella is very fast and will let you know exactly what is going on.

Better safe than sorry.

Last I heard, it was over 3 million. And he has to request them slowly so that Apple's servers don't ban his servers' IP.

I don't see that folder? Is it hidden? Umbrella says that it has my blobs backed up, but I can't find them.

It shouldn't be hidden. Have you tried clicking "Display SHSHs" button in TinyUmbrella? It should launch explorer showing that location.
