I think you're just looking too much into this. Try refreshing it, or using another Browser.

Interesting, on Apple's own browser (Safari), I'm still seeing this. It didn't look like this before, it's just now that it's happening.

Same here at 11:30pm. Graphics glitch on iPhone page only. Tried iMac w/safari, ipad2, IE & Google Chrome. All look the exact same. Weird timing, but I'm sure it means nothing...Or does it?

Things are gonna get real weird from this point until the announcement. I'm sure this is just the beginning of a slew posts just like this. (not that there haven't been enough already...most that I've been a part of in some fashion )...but it's just gonna get worse.

This issue with the iPhone 4 page has been around a long time. It comes and goes - I noticed it in July. Not sure what causes it - I originally thought it was a sign that Steve Jobs was out of action since he wouldn't let something like this slide.
