+1 ^^^ Apple can do whatever they want when it comes to a replacement iPhone 4; even if you want to upgrade to an iPhone 4S 64GB...:eek:

The difference between this guy and the family member is that the family member had 4 replacements in a period of 6 months, whereas the OP has never had a problem before as far as we know.
 
Doesn't matter how many replacements you receive nor does the timeframe matter. If it's Apple's fault whether hardware or software issues, they will switch it out for anyone within their (1) year warranty or AppleCare. I've had (5) iPhones replaced by Apple since 2007, and they don't hold that against me...:eek:
