same thing happend to me... got all the way through but never got confirmation email. i called and my rservation was not found. i did the entire process again, got the confirmation email, called back, they then saw the reservation.

so sorry, but no confirmation email = no iPhone
 
Hm. I got that confirmation email. However, I clicked on the wrong iPhone. I picked the 16gb when I really wanted the 32gb. Do you guys think it will be a problem to change that when I'm at the store?

My reservation is for a 16gb and I did select 32. Not sure what went wrong, but it was not on my end. I talked to the Apple store and they said if I show up early enough that there is walk in stock available, they will switch it out and let me buy another for my wife. The conditions were that walk in stock had to be available otherwise, my reservation is for only 1 16gb. I did reserve 2 phones, but only got one confirmation email. My wife can wait, I can't. If necessary, I will just order a 32gb and give her my 16gb.
