Welcome to the iPhone world, it is truly an amazing piece of technological engineering.

You said you were carrying it naked. I would recommend a case. It is glass front and back and although the glass is stronger than normal glass it will break or get scratched. Just check out the threads on this forum for proof of that.

I have my iPhone in this case.

It's really nice and you can see who is calling you through the opening.

I had a similar one for my BB and the BB is still without a scratch after 2 years.

This phone sure is delicate with all the glass but the way i use my phone I think I will be OK. If I see I need a case after this week I will change.

I still have my BB. I gave to my wife. Won't go back to that though.

Never thought I would be an iPhone user after all the horror stories flying around.

Love this thing.

Oh and BTW. The HDR toggle in the camera really works.

Took a picture outside of my house. The other one looked OK but when I checked the HDR one I could see details like clouds and power cables that were completely invisible in the other picture.

That one is made by Capdase. Cost me 950 baht here in Thailand in one of those booths in the mall with 100 cases for iPhone. About $30 bucks.

It has a soft lining inside, sort of cleans your screen when you take it out. It is very nice and tight inside of there so no worries with it falling out. No way. Basically, you just pull on the Tab on the back. It has a magnet so it sticks to the back, then you pull on it and the phone slides out. When you slide the phone in, then it snaps back into place.

You can also see who is calling you through the window in the front without having to take it out. Also, of course, if you just want to quickly check the time/date.

So, leather outside and soft lining inside.

That one in the PIC is for the 3Gs, but same thing.

It is a very tight secure fit, so you cant have it with a case. Will only fit if your iPhone 4 is naked.
